I help leaders of large corporations and non-profit motivate their employees, build high performing teams and lead change. I need to enhance my existing professional website confidentchangeleader.com so that it looks less cluttered and more professional so that I can launch it.

I would like the following 4 pages:
- home page
-blog
-about us
-Services

On the home page, please remove the blog article excerpts and put them on the blog tab.

I would like a lead page. The attached MS Word file called change readiness assessment would be the lead page.

The target audience for my site are executives and directors of large corporations and non-profits. I would like to see designs that use the colors blue and grey. I liked these two palette colors from canva: 386dd2 and a6adb1.

On the blog page, I would like to include the following categories of blog entries:
- Getting Buy In
- Planning for change
- Managing resistance
- Sustaining Momentum
- Real Life Lessons

I would like my site to look similar to www.escapeyourmess.com.

I have attached jpg pictures of myself that I would like to incorporate on my site.

The final design should communicate leading change within an organization, grow your company and build high performing teams.
