Illustration-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Design an illustration for marketing which will by printed on the packaging. Buddy Wilson is a character bordering on ski boarder, hippy look.. long wispy , curly blonde hair.. I vision his right eye to be covered by a large round red and white swirl candy like a kaleidoscope . the large candy eye represents the candy that comes in every box and gives the blood shot eye/high looking effect to the character think (Owen Wilson look) lots of colour the packaging to have a matte black background. this should not be childish , looking to appeal to the 30"s 40"s crowd ..unique, laughable and unforgettable.
