To clarify - you are not looking for the certificate design simply an element high lighting "21" which can be added to an existing design? If so, what is the primary color and theme of the certificate?

You are correct. The certificates are printed on a plain high quality paper in an off white color. The wording in them is very simple and recognizes that they achieved thier sales goals by the 21st of the month and is printed in a Black bold and italic script. The primary colors I would like to see featured in the design are red and black, but other colors can be incorporated into the design.
