Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Create a logo for our new company and product launch - Canna Clawz. Our initial product is a grinder that comes in three different sizes and four different colors. They are made from aluminum and have the ability to be customized with a jpeg or script. One obvious thought is that the logo also includes an interesting looking marijuana leaf that can stand alone and represent the brand - not sure if that is even possible. Also we are looking for a mascot that is a parody of Santa Claus. The mascot will be used throughout the website and at special events including holidays. One of our primary competitors is another Phoenix, Arizona based company - Phoenician Engineering. We will compete on price and quality with them. I believe that only Canna Clawz has the ability to customize. I added a picture of a grinder to this project so the designers have an idea of what they are (I didn't know at first). We will launch other related products such as a tray, nail and maybe rolling paper. We will also launch a clothing line and all of this is under Canna Clawz.
While I don't know exactly how Canna Clawz came about in the first place - I do think that the Clawz part describes the grinder teeth which are super sharp.
As for colors - we love the color purple, but using it isn't a requirement - it's just more information for the designer.
UPDATE - we don't want to limit the mascot guy to looking like a santa claus we want a "canna" guy to represent us.
