Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi! I need a logo for a new tree surgery business in Edinburgh, Scotland. We're positioning as high-end specialist arborists and would like a snazzy logo to launch the business. I'd like to use it on our vehicles, our business cards and our work clothes.

Our company clothes are pillar box red and our Land Rover is light silver. It would be great if the logo would colour contrast with the above.

• Clear text which can be easily read and recognised at a glance.

Schön zu haben

• I would ideally like a tree in the logo, maybe through the 'I' in the text Edinburgh - just an idea.
• I've been thinking about using the Edinburgh skyline in the logo. Something like the attached.
• We differentiate ourselves from the hack and burn crowd by the fact that we climb and use special arborist chainsaws. The classic symbol of this is a vertical chainsaw hanging from the arborist's climbing belt. See idea attached. I'm undecided whether this is overcomplicating the logo, but interested to see ideas.

• Must not have complex detail - I would like it to stitch effectively into our work shirts.
