The company logo files have been added. And the building photos should be sent soon by DesignCrowd if they haven't been sent already. They were too big to put in the dropbox online. Thank you.

I added more photos of the interior of the building. Please replace the ones with papers and files on the desks of the interior offices with these empty desk photos. Thank you.

I am realizing now that most of you are just copying and pasting information from the Word document and not adjusting them at all. I asked to make more bullet points and summarize them, but hardly any of you did that. Here are some important overall notes that you should have:

- Building size, occupancy rate, and total vacant SF should not be bold and large on the front. At most, they should just be in a table with other facts about the building.
- Hood Road Centre is the name of the building, so all three words should be the same size.
- I want to clearly show that Suite 100 (the top suite on the floor plan) is 2,303 SF and Suite 120 (the bottom suite on the floor plan) is 1,488 SF. You can put that information above and below the floor plan or to the sides but in the right order. And also note that these suites can be combined to form 1 suite of 3,791 SF.
- Do not use the other interior photos with stuff on the desks. Use the ones with empty desks.
- There has to be an exterior building photo on the front of the flyer. And it does NOT have to be one with our company logo. We are marketing the building, not our company.
- It is imperative that it says something like "For more information, please contact Bryan Sina at 561-627-8726 or bryan@sinacompanies.com", both on the FRONT AND BACK on the bottom.
- Do not include anything from my website. Do not include photos of buildings that are not mine. Thought this was self-explanatory, but clearly it was not.
- Most of you need less writing and more bullet points. This has to be viewed quickly and large paragraphs won't work.
- I will add a couple more features and amenities later.
