Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Thanks for considering working on my design! I have a beach house that is rented out to vacationers. I would like to have a logo developed that will be used for signage at the property as well as on rental websites. Please take these things into consideration:

* Simple overall design
* Fun, modern
* The main part of the logo will be the address of the house, include it as:
278 Beach Dr. Aptos. I think stacking the street address over the city will be more visually pleasing (and best for a rectangular style sign).
* The main use of the logo will be a sign for the home which will be created out of metal. Therefore, there should be a version with no color that is effective. The sign may be created in negative space (with the logo cut out of a solid piece).
* For a color version of the logo, I would only like to consider a modern orange or green, perhaps with a blue accent (it's ok if your first design is only black and white, then we can add the color after it is finalized).
* For the font, please use a modern, contemporary san serif font. Consider some italics (see pictures for some that I like)
* Also for the font, I am open to it being title case or small uppercase font (maybe see it both ways).
* The objective of the home's signage is to be remembered by renters and to have them want to take their picture in front of the sign (they hoping they share it on social media to gain new customers).
* Because this is at a beach house, the other two design elements I would like to consider including are a sun and/or waves.

I have uploaded two very rough sketches of what is in my mind for you to use as a starting point. However, I'm quite open to other ideas keeping in mind the above points.
