Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am starting a new company that will coach organisations and individuals as well as undertake counselling for people to help them be more resilient. The company name is Vigere Ltd, And this is a Latin name, to be active, be effective
be strong/vigorous.thrive, flourish, bloom

I am looking for a fairly simple logo that potentially depicts a head ( to show its mental health) but bring in aspects of growth, from roots to branches. I am not sure if it is possible to show change is possible and if the brain is nurtured then it really comes alive.
