Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am soon to be launching a company called "Shade Collective" and I require the main branding/logo as well as a condensed version for use on smaller applications like an Instagram profile. As for the logo I am targeting the upper end of the market so after something classy, simple and designer appealing. I was more so thinking simply the wording only maybe with the addition of a symbol or something along those lines to make it unique.

The company will sell quality custom shading systems (blinds, awnings, curtains etc) and also offer industry services (measuring, installation, shop drawing creation). My main target market will be architects, designers, builders and home owners.

I am not wanting bright colours, mainly black white and grey but open to suggestions of course.

I have attached something I came up with as a rough reference however please dont let this limit your creativity as you're the designers, not me. The plus on the end represents "+ Industry services".

I will require numerous different file types and also varying colour options (one to suit a black background and another to suit a white background) of the completed logos.
