I'm a Realtor in Vancouver, BC. There are 10,000+ other Realtors in Vancouver, so I need a business card that distinguishes me from the others, something edgy yet classy. The card will be the basis for most of my future marketing efforts and will act as the foundation for branding/marketing, to include; feature sheets, postcards, letterhead and other print material.

I specialize in both detached houses and townhomes/condos.

I've attached files for previous business card. I've also attached a more recent photo to be used on the card.

• 2 sided business card with all appropriate information. I won't be using my last name as part of the title since I find people are more curious about my ethnicity than that I'm a Realtor.
