Build a logo to the company Chef Chantilly. This is a whole new company and It's going to be installed in Brazil with aim to bring - to final customer - food with a touch of originality (cakes, desserts; ice-cream and breads in the future).
Initially we are going to have two segments:
The 1st is gonna offer Ice-cream and milkshakes, like MCDonalds Dessert Kiosk;

It's a Grab and Go store with a low price. If we split the market in Top, middle and bottom. Our target are the middle-Bottom.

The Brand Chef Chantilly aims to offer different products in a middle term. Inicially we're gonna have the two segments described above. In the future, the Brand Chef Chantilly is going to offer breads also.

I Believe that the logo must focus only on the name and the way we want to offer the product. The Ice-cream, cakes and breads symbols can be attached to the logo only when the store offer them. We're going to have different stores offering different products, for example: some of them are going to offer Ice-cream and Cakes; some of them are going to offer Cakes and breads and so on.

Criação de um logotipo para a empresa Chef Chantilly. Essa é uma empresa totalmente nova e que será instalada no Brasil com o objetivo de levar, para o consumidor final, alimentos (Bolos, doces, sorvetes e, futuramente, pães) com um toque de originalidade.
Inicialmente teremos dois seguimentos da empresa:
Uma que irá oferecer sorvetes e milkshakes, como os quiosques do McDonald;
A outra irá oferecer bolos caseiros, como feitos pelas nossas avós. São bolos simples que irão nos trazer o prazer de comer um bolo caseiro junto aos familiares.

A marca Chef Chantilly visa oferecer produtos diferentes ao longo da sua jornada. Incialmente teremos os dois seguimentos descritos acima. Futuramente teremos a marca Chef Chantilly oferecendo pães também.

Acredito que o nome da marca deve ser valorizado para que quando associarmos ao soverte, por exemplo, seja necessário apenas ter um desenho do sorvete, e assim fazer para os outros seguimentos (pães, bolos).
