WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi there,

The task is to brush up 4 design elements on our new Wordpress webdesign before we launch this upcoming Friday.

Specifically we would like to brush-up these 4 elements:

Top picture on front page: http://bureau.siliconbeachdev.com/
New design should still use our picture - but make it look better - still have the CTA tabs (they are supposed to be at the buttom at the page - right now there is an error on the site) - but the text should be placed as bullets - and there should be some kind of illustration with an arrow or graph showing the essence of our business - that we make sales grow. Picture for use attached.

This should be updated with a more lively design. Icons and arrows.

Product sub-pages: http://bureau.siliconbeachdev.com/produkter/websites/
The 3 product packages and the background doesnt look good. Below the header should be some bullets with text and an illustration descriping each service. So six illustrations/icons would be needed. The packages need rethinking - need to be much more sparkling and selling. Please see package example attached. Something in this style would be preferable. The form at the left and the reference section at the buttom should be more or less as it is now. In general the sub-pages should have a more overall look.

This would also need a brush-up with implementation of the new design of the product packages.
