• Visual appeal to younger demographic found in the small to medium sized business owner
• Scroll down rather than use the clunky "ladder" tabs I see now
• Color palate that compliments logo

Schön zu haben

• Pages that scroll down, links to page content on the first page,

Sollte nicht haben

• Hate the standard employee-employer photos on most HR websites. Would prefer to use illustrations over the typical photos
