After reading your brief, It seems like you want full functional website, not only a PSD design layout like you choose in the brief. can you confirm that ?

I have read the design brief you submitted, but it seems like you need a design not full functional website, please confirm. In PSD design layout you can't upload Videos, you need to put some server-side codes.

Also, you asked you need only one page, but you detailed about the contents of other pages. Do you want a single page design that should contain all pages in a single page in different fold/ section?
