Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need an editable template/deck for our design proposals. These documents are one of the first interactions we have with our clients, and given the nature of our business (being landscape design and construction), we would like the template to be clean with sharp high res images- as pictures are the best way to demonstrate our work.
We have our current design proposal (design fee proposal doc), another example of a design proposal we like (formation quote template), with a few high res photos (that you can choose from), our logo and a brief attached.
Formation colours are black, white and grey (which we would like to use for the font/ blocks of colours/ header footer etc) and the colour comes from the pictures (for reference: current website: www.formationlandscapes.com.au). We want it to communicate clean, stylish, simple design.
More templates required and will likely be awarded to successful designer
