Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Outdoor store going on main st of Sylva, NC. Sylva is at the base of the smoky Mountains and the balsam mountains. I want the logo to be something classic but also appeals to the younger generation as there is a college in the town next door. The logo will appear on a big sign above the building and then on lots of stickers/tshirts/mugs etc.
Some things/key words about the area: blue ridge mountains. smokey mountains, western north Carolina, balsam fir trees, national forest (i like some of the retro looking park signs) and the retro look

Please note that the mountains in this area are not pointed and sharp like the Rockie mountains. Please look up the Eastern us mountains and note the more rounded look.
