Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are opening a new and rather large and upscale Pawn Shop in a fantastic but under-served area north of Indianapolis. The present design project includes the following applications in order of priority:
1. Building Signage: 17000 sq/ft building. I can provide pics and dimensions if helpful. we will use vinyl signage temporarily while fixed signage is produced.
2. Letterhead/Forms/Invoices/Bills of Sale
3. Wrap for vehicle

The building is a tan-ish and will have a green (hunter maybe) stripe
Could be that white signage works rather than other?
Circle City refers to Indy, and the image I'm sending graphically depicts what is called "Monument Circle" at the center of downtown.
If the graphic could be recreated but retain the monument and other key skyline and retain the circle presentation?

The pic of the property attached shows free-standing sign and the building. You can see where the previous signage was on the building *OSCO DRUG"
