Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for our new venture. We are a wine export business based in Australia who sell to the Chinese market. Our product is a wine pack that is selected to meet the buyers tastes from smaller boutique wineries in popular growing regions across Australia. Each bottle will be hand purchased and presented with information about the winery and the specialist who made the purchase on their behalf. The brand should feel exclusive and personal. A play on the royal connotation of King in the name could work, e.g. royal seal, but we would like to avoid anything 'gimmicky'. Open to colour usage and ideally it could be something that can be easily flipped for usage in monotone also.
