Hello,apart from writing "On Stealth Mode" or without "on",what more can you write?? Can we write for example "COMPANY" or sth to give it sth more?

hummm... You can try "Incubadora", which is incubator in portuguese.
But to be absolutely honest, I am more inclined not to have it on the logo.
