Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo drawing for our new company, 'tress & tumble' based in Australia. We specialise in Human Hair Extensions. I had in mind to use lower case lettering, but in a plain, simple yet modern font, with the symbol '&' to have a little flair & character, but not to detract from the name. I'd like 'tress &' on the one line, with 'tumble' underneath it. Please see attached sketch.

I'd also like, as a seperate part of the logo to have a flowing ponytail effect, which will look good and correct when printed, but not too complicated if it were to be cut out on packaging material. Given that the packaging is approx 7cm wide, by 39cms long, and i am going to be selling hair extensions, i obviously need the ponytail effect to be vertical, but also needs to look bold and like a good thick pony tail, not all thin and wispy as this will back up the quality of the product.I have attached a vector image i found on the internet showing the effect that i like, but obviously needs to look like a ponytail flowing vertically. I guess when printed/cut out of packaging, id like the ponytail part of the logo to look right within a 14cms x 5cms cut out.

I'd like the ability to be able to change the colour too of the logo once produced, so that i can alter accordingly between packaging options.
