Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company in the competitive cheerleading and tumbling industry called Iconic Technique. We travel to cheerleading gyms and offer an array of services from training the coaches how to coach safely and effectively as well as creating unique and iconic choreography for their athletes. Looking into using a variation of "the IT factor" for a slogan or tag line... IT being an abbreviation of Iconic Technique.... "Iconic Technique, training you to be the best and bring the IT factor..."? Idea needs a lot of refinement!

Initially wanted to use navy blue and lime green as our color scheme but we are totally open to a new color scheme. Would like a full logo and complementary "icon". The final design should be sharp and clean and NOT cheerleading specific. Expansion into other sports is likely within the future of the company. Need to send a message of great technique in spots and athletics - not just cheerleading.
