Facebook-Design Kurzbeschreibung
I need a icon similar to what's used by apps in Apple's app store. My product is called GetBuckts. The goal of this app is to get people organized and social about playing basketball. The basic features of the app allow a user to checkin to basketball locations and to create events for people to join for later basketball meetups.
I'm open to any designs but with my own personal initial trial, I just used the letters "GB" to create a logo icon but I'd like it to have the full name typed out.
I've provided something I did myself but don't think its polished enough (given I'm not a designer) but might be inspiring. Again I'd like the full name typed out.

I know in my initial description of what I wanted I specified I wanted something with GB but now that I looked at the designs, from a user standpoint I have no idea what GB is and with that said, I now inclined to have the app logo with the words Get Buckts written out just so people with know what the heck it is. My initial example is just me playing with gimp....I am by no means artistic so I'm hoping for some really unique and cool designs that show case the words Get Buckts and at the same time with some sort of graphic aids in what Get Buckts is about...namely basketball.
