Lisa began her career in party planning more than five years ago as the Brand & Sales Manager, East Africa for MTV Networks Africa. Her clients recognized her creativity and at their urging, she unofficially began party and event planning for family and friends in 2008. Today, Lisa is best known for her creative and unusual ideas, her unexpected décor accents and her exquisite attention to every last detail. Lisa’s bubbly personality and calm demeanor help her clients relax as she creates one-of-a-kind events of their dreams. These qualities, together with Lisa’s respect for her clients’ privacy, have made her the top event planning choice for Africa's social elite as well as high profile organizations.

She is well-known for creating parties and events for clients including: IBM, United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP), MTV Networks Africa, Barclay's Bank, United States Embassy in Kenya, Young President’s Organization (YPO)...to name just a few.

Based in Nairobi, Kenya, Lisa Amenya is the owner & principle planner/designer of Confetti Company Ltd. ("Confetti Co."). Confetti Co. provides professional event planning services for any type and size of wedding, party, conference or event.
