Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new logo for a branch of companies we are creating. We are unsure of the name of this company right now but it is a company which will be based in Auckland, NZ. We will be business consulting and performance managing a chain of gyms and personal trainers. We are wanting one logo but to potentially be able to break this company down into different sectors we will need a logo for each one. Eg Gyms, Personal Trainers etc. We will essentially be ensuring that the gyms and trainers increase their business profits.

We would like a circle used in this logo at some point to show a "all round, holistic approach" we are open to ideas. We do like the colours blue/white/grey however red and black would also work for us.
