Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a coworking space and startup studio, where we place an emphasis on collaboration and networking.

Logo Text Is 'Venture Builder', Tagline is 'Startup Studio & Coworking Space'.

We would like to see logo that goes well with colors blue/yellow/gray since we have one more partner with logo in these colors, thus we would like to go well together once they are both on the wall. Yet, not to look alike.
There is a file uploaded with the shade of yellow that we use in the website. (you see it in the background of the image).
You can play with a 5-pointed star design in the text, including within the letter A of the word 'stArs' (and eventually also with the letter V of 'venture').

It would be nice to see your ideas with pastel colors.

The final design should be simple, the focus is more on font that should be clear and straightforward, not to decorated, chic but not elegant.
