Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a logo for my dental office. Our “logo” is currently just my name “Chad C. Perry, DDS”. We are a very small, boutique type of practice that focuses on high quality, Esthetic dentistry with an emphasis on great customer service. In addition, we are extremely family oriented. I am the only doctor in the office so our relationships with our patients are our priority.
I would like a clean logo with a “nature” or “Pottery Barn” inspired theme/ look to it. I am open to other text in addition to my name, Chad C. Perry, DDS.

Attached is my current logo that we are using but am open to change
