Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for the announcement of an event / conference.
The event is entitled "Inspire Healthcare".
During this event we bring together 500 participants, who are active in the healthcare sector (hospitals, elderly care, mental health care) and start-ups and young companies that deliver products and services to the healthcare sector. The aim is to realize innovations in care and to improve the care for the patients.
There is a great focus on together, doing things together, realizing, meeting each other. We therefore thought of images in the form of "giving a hand", "handshake", "high five" or something like that, but not in a standard form. We focus with our organization on new / innovative, so we expect that for our logo.
