Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a modern and stylized one-page marketing flyer for unit of new statewide human resources unit. The reason I am using design crowd is because our organizations internal communication design standards are bland, boring, and graphic design skills on internal marketing team are limited. There are a handful of requirements we can't ignore in regards to design "look-and-feel", but I'm confident there is talent among the Design Crowd community that can design something that is clean, modern, and engaging.

I have attached high resolution images, flyer copy, approved RGB colors, and can detail the non-negotiable requirements we must abide by per organization design standards.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Refer to the HRA Single Page Template document. This is the primary requirement we must adhere to now matter how the remiander of the flyer is designed. As shown on that template, the top of the front page MUST feature the Capital Night Monday (file name) image, cropped exactly as it apears o the template. The cropped image on the top of the front page must also include the text and magenta colored stripe as that specific color identifies our particular division. The only font types that can be used for the text in the top banner of other copy is Impact and Alternate Gothic No 3 D - no other font types are allowed. Finally, the Approved RGB Colors ( file name) attachment lists the approved RGB colors that can be used for design/copy purposes (*ex. copy can be a shade of gray vs, black).
• Design must be modern. Open to vector type graphic elements or live icons to represent Consulting, Learning Solutions (translation: training/workshops), Tools/Resources
• Size of one-page marketing flyer is 8 1/2 x 11. Copy and graphic design on front and back.
