Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for our small four year old real estate investing company. This year, we plan to really amp up our marketing, so it should be something simple, sophisticated, but bold. Our company invests in real estate, both residential and small commercial. Feel free to visit our website, at www.mackximus.com, to see our style and our current sub-standard logo.

Please feel free to come up with your own ideas, but as an example, please see the attached logo. To me, it is an example of "simple, sophisticated, somewhat bold". Either way, the logo should be able to stand out and be easy to read on the website, since it isn't exactly a real word. People need to easily be able to read the letters. Logo can have a building icon that conveys this is a real estate company, but I don't think it's a must-have.
