Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a brochure describing our fees and a basic description of what we do. This brochure will be printed, to be given to prospective clients, but we would also like an electronic version that can be downloaded from our website as a PDF. This project will be printed double sided, on standard 8.5" x 11" paper, in landscape mode, as a tri-fold brochure.

- Must incorporate our logo, elements of our pricing list, and incorporate the text from our home page and "property management info" page (www.upperedgepm.com). A word document specifying this text has been included in the project brief.
- Additionally, I am thinking this will be a simple, single piece of paper, in landscape mode, printed on both sides, in a Tri-fold. The front of the brochure will have the logo/name of the company, along with the Consumer Choice Awards logos. I am thinking the first inside pane, when someone opens up the brochure, will have reference text #1 and #3. The 3 tiered pricing plan might occupy the 2nd and 3rd of the three panes on the inside fold. Reference text #4, 5, and 6 will occupy the next pane (see brief for handwritten layout). Then, the very back pane (when it is folded and shut) will have reference text #2 and our company contact information, plus any kind of stock photos, etc.
Schön zu haben
- Our main market will be first time investors, so we need to display and demonstrate relationships, and trust. We would prefer stock photos that incorporate families, children, or other images that solidify peace of mind.
