I like to get a landing page or website with 2-3 pages to help target home buyers who are looking to buy homes from builders such as KB Homes, Lennar, D.R. Horton, etc. The landing page/website to be non-cluttered and be able to explain to home buyers that there are many benefits to include me as their buyer's agent when they buy a brand new home from any builders.
I may want to incorporate a short explanation video (animated) on the landing page and then for the viewer to click on a button that will take them to another page where they can search for new homes from different builders.

- The landing page may have the explanation video at the bottom of the landing page (scrolled down) or there may be a CALL TO ACTION button that takes the viewer to the 2nd page to watch the explanation video. Once they watched the explanation video and are still interested, they can click on another CALL TO ACTION button that will take them to another website that they will be able to search for all the available new homes and register their contact information.
