Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for a new company I am setting up. The company will operate in two distinct areas. The first is the production of spiced rum and spiced rum liqueur. The second is for outdoor sportswear particularly aimed at the scuba diving or watersports market. The word 'Hellsmouth' comes from the name that sea-farers gave to the exceedingly dangerous stretch of water called the Pentland Firth that separates the county of Caithness and the islands of Orkney in the far north of Scotland and information on the many shipwrecks in the area can be found on my website at www.hellsmouth.com. I am particularly keen to have the logo feature a sea serpent with the word 'Hellsmouth' included either above our through the serpent. Other features of the Pentland Firth that could influence the logo design is the very strong whirlpool named ‘The Swelkie’ and also the various lighthouses that can be found in the area. At the moment my preferred text would be 'chiller' but I am open to suggestions. Once I have agreed a logo with the word 'Hellsmouth' I would probably like two further logos one with the words 'Rum Company' added and another with the words "Diving & Shipwreck Company' added.
