So from what I understand you dont want a box, but just a two sided cardboard layout. Am I right?

By 'Two sided cardboard packaging', I meant like this:

Yes something like that. Perhaps without the plastic and instead in a sleeve. Also, like you said no box. The privacy should be incorporated into the packaging ie stretching around

Basically a modern take on the above. The original double sided packaging made of card will slide into a sleek sleeve for protection and another dimension.
