Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a family run Bakery / pastry store called the "Galleta Pecosa"(Freckled cookie). Our focus for the last 35 years has been primarily cookies and cakes. We've slowly morphed into a coffee, bakery , and pastry store that still sells cakes. This change includes a shift in interior design from Whimsical to a colonial english inspired modern vibe. So, we want our clients ( both old and new) to see the logo and sense we are modern, established and our pastries kick ass! We like the idea of incorporating some variation of old english lettering and presentation in the logo. We want the word "Pecosa" to display prominently. Also need to incorporate the cookie outline in some way. I'm attaching one of the ideas we liked, and poorly executed, but thats why we are here.

• We are very open to interpretations of the British colonial design. We are trying to avoid looking stuffy and stuck up.
