T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Design a theme and graphics for our new running club vest. (Using sublimation printing)
The running club will focus on developing and helping individuals become better, healthier and balanced runners and people (growing) Focusing on Trail, Fell and mountain running (Not road running) We want to encourage female and male participation equally so something to capture that as well would be great.
We would like to see designs using earthy greens and browns, wood and roots. The idea that strong roots will help people to grow into something more. We also want "Roots Running" (maybe also the word "club" at the end.) on the front of the vest.
We would like a modern design rather than some of the more traditional and dated designs a lot of running clubs use.
The design will need to fit on a running vest shape - not a standard t-shirt.
If the vest design works we may also need a logo and possibly use the theme for the website.

This is part of the advert will will use to promote the club;
"We're so excited to introduce Roots Running Club, a Fell and Trail running club created to support and encourage, everything we do is centered on development and growth. We are a club for athletes eager to improve and make the most of their training. Roots Running will be more than just a club, it will be a community and a supportive one at that, with a vibrant Facebook group. Long term we have big plans to support our members with training camps, leadership and coaching courses to name one of a few ideas.
