Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am currently incorporating a non-profit organization which will be training military veterans beginning agriculture skills. I am a military veteran farmer myself, and i have found agriculture to be not only a noble profession but also extremely therapeutic in healing combat trauma. We specialize in organic, local, non-gmo agriculture and of course, apiculture (bee keeping). The non-profit will run training programs on our farm, in addition to handing out grant money to other veterans.
For some odd reason, I've lately been drawn to the color yellow. I'd like the design to include some yellow, if possible :o) Normally, I don't like yellow, but i'd like it in this project. Through the logo I would like to communicate strength, determination, and dedication.
