Thank you for the invite, this sounds like a nice project to work on. Can I ask, is the emphasis on your restaurant/bar on desserts (puddings) more than anything? Or would you prefer to keep it less specific?

Emphasis is currently more towards desserts. Think of rich molten lava cake, smooth creme brûlée, tangy lemon tart. The end result is a upmarket dessert lounge with Moroccan decor. Dark wooden furniture with red drapings and gold accents.
