Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need to design a product logo and some informational fliers for a wellbeing challenge.
I have attached our Workplace Wellbeing logo - colours need to be complimentary but not the same, we would like fresh, funky but still professional. We generally communicate in a fairly casual way to reach our market. (We don't like boring)
Clear and simple - not too busy
images are good but not actual photos

The flier is a 3 page document.
The logo is to say Wellbeing Challenge. The challenge is based on exercise, connecting with people, giving, learning and taking notice (The 5 ways to wellbeing) Once agin the logo needs to be complementary but not the same.
The Workplace wellbeing logo needs to be on the fliers but the wellbeing challenge logo is separate.
