Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm the new pastor of a small town church in North Texas called "Byers Assembly." My wife and I are in our late 20s. We're looking for a minimalist logo for our church that fits our small town culture, but has a more modern feel to it. Maybe a design similar to Farm to Table restaurant logos that you would find in urban areas. I'd like to have a simple black and white design that we can change colors on depending on what we are using it for. Although our church is in the town of "Byers," we reach people from multiple small communities around us so I'd the logo to include "Byers" but not over emphasize it. We are revitalizing this church so a young feel on the logo is a must, as we are trying to attract younger people.
