I would check and review my sources before I go and tarnish a designer's reputation if I were you.

Submitting a mere image from Shutterstock or 3d mockups is just not my thing.

Provide a concrete proof of your accusation and report it to the administrators and let them decide. Otherwise, move on, refrain from leaving malicious comments, and just focus on your craft. :)
