App-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a time-sheet that can be accessed on the phone, be completed, then have the ability to electronically sign. The time sheet needs to be used two fold for supervision to verify hours and quantities and also for the client to be able to electronically sign. The time-sheet should be daily or weekly if we can get the data to fit. We are trying to streamline field supervisors having to log on to a computer to access a server just to do time-sheets. We need it to be user friendly. We need to have two places to have electronic signatures. One for supervisor or authorized representative and the other for the client to sign.
