Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm looking for someone who can design a brochure for our organization. We a Christian camp and retreat center. The brochure will be to help us attract more rentals. I have attached a word document with the information that will need to be included on each page. Below you will also find a link to google drive that will need to be included. I would like it to be 11 (L) x 17 (W) before the fold, it will be a half fold. The page will need to be bleed so it won't have white edges. It will also need CMYK color mode done.
