Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo redesign for our corporation in Andhra Pradesh, India called 'A P State Police Housing Corporation Limited'. We are a construction company which exclusively handles police housing needs such as Buildings, Barracks, Armed Out posts, police stations etc. It also services other government organizations like Universities, Sports Authority of AP, Animal Husbandry etc. The corporation was established in the year 1971. The corporation is going for a makeover and it wants to shed the conservative Government organization stereotype (that usually is existing in India). It is modernizing its processes and outlook in anticipation of more non-Police contracts (i.e. from other Govt. departments and private firms/individuals).We need a redesign of our logo. There are no conditions on preserving the layout/scheme of the existing logo. The designer has the freedom to go to any lengths. There is condition on the colors that can be used.However, we would want the logo to reflect the following words:"Modern", "Quality", "Speed", "Authoritative", "Innovative"Please note that this is Government Construction Company.I am attaching our old logo.
