We need a brochure designed for our upcoming premium office complex located in Delhi NCR. The brochure is meant to be circulated to potential tenants and property consultants.The brochure should showcase key aspects of the office complex, showcasing it as a premium "Grade A" building which has multiple energy conservation concepts. Since the building has been awarded a "LEED Platinum Pre-certification", this should be highlighted. The brochure should include location details, key project specifications, and renderings of the project facade. The brochure should also showcase the strength of the project developer, by giving some history of the developer's past projects. All relevant details to be included in the brochure are attached.
