Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My new business is called "Galisteo Basin Veterinary Services" and it will be based out of Santa Fe, New Mexico. I am looking for a nice clean logo that is not species specific (no animals or paws etc because I will be primarily equine but do work on other species) but rather is more reflective of the New Mexico heritage and landscape. I really like the colors of blue, green, turquoise and hate yellow/orange, although a small amount of yellow is not out of the question. I would like to incorporate the "Zia" symbol if possible as the sun on the horizon and would love it if the mountain silhouette was reflective of the sandia mountains as viewed from Santa Fe - doesn't need to be exact but it would be nice to be somewhat similar/suggestive of the local skyline...... but am open to some creativity and variation from my general idea. I want a logo that is classy and could easily be converted to embroidery for clothes and accessories - so nothing too complicated with small detail lines, but will also stand out on website, business cards, etc. The overall impression should be professional. I have uploaded a very rough sketch to give some inspiration of what I had in mind (not the square around it) and a picture of the distant mountain skyline silhouette for inspiration. We don’t have huge tall peaks but more small mountain ranges.. THANK YOU
