Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for our new company which seeks to take advantage of an emerging market in Cannabis edibles in Canada. This logo needs to appeal to Cannabis consumers, yet not be so blatant as to offend any regulators, so any humor needs to be subtle.This logo should fit in with the project labels which I will have designed after the Logo is completed. I have attached a very rough idea of what I want on the Labels.
The background is snowy, the trees are cannabis leafs although the face on the example should be toned down. I'd like to save the humour and quirkiness for the labels, not so much the logo. The winter scene is for one specific product, so no it should not be reflected in the logo.
