I run a total wellness immersion "camp" for people looking to get healthier habits
in a resort town setting (sun valley Idaho) including yoga, hiking, snowshoeing
nutrition, cooking classes, spa treatments and more . The name of the program is "Metta Bolics" Metta is a Sanskrit term meaning loving kindness and practicing good will to all - a play on words with "metabolic" I would like to see designs that include energy, movement health etc.
