Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a poster as concept art for a thriller entitled 'Crystal Black' that has not been shot yet. We are in the development phase and this is supposed to be a visual representation of the style and feel of the film, as well as evoke curiosity into finding out more. We want to show this to potential cast, investors, other producers etc.
The story centers around a young woman, Lily, who is running from someone or something- but has lost her memory. And the young man, Max, who finds her, takes her in, and helps her unravel the mystery. Max is a low level drug dealer- and, as it turns out, it is the gang that he works for that is also looking for Lily. In the end it is revealed that Lily, who seems so helpless and innocent, actually was the leader of the gang, together with another woman- the mysterious Evelyn, who was once her lover- also very beautiful, but now has a scarred face. She was the one who ended up pushing Lily out and leaving her for dead in a mutiny- and of course, on finding that out, Lily decides the only thing left to do is get her revenge...
The idea I had for a poster was a picture of Lily from below her eyes (or just above her blacked-out eyes perhaps) down to her neckline, tongue stuck out, with a black pill on her tongue. Neon lights around her, as if she was in a club (kind of like a 'Neon Demon' type of look). As that is the pivotal moment in the film where she regains her memory. However- I am also open to completely different ideas, and perhaps something occurs to you that represents the film even better. The only thing is, I don't have a cast yet, so I don't have pictures of actors for the characters. So the less people in the poster, the better. But if you had an idea that I really liked that had the characters in it, I could probably take some especially for it.
I am happy to share the full treatment privately with anyone who wants it, and can add more detailed character descriptions as well.

• Also: 'Katarina's Infamy presents' above the title and possibly somewhere lower down 'A film by Katarina Leigh Waters'
• and the (working) log line: 'who are you, when you've lost your mind..?'
• (but feel free to play around with the tag line if you fancy it, I'm not married to this one at the moment.)

Schön zu haben

• I like the idea of it really standing out from the crowd, be it through color or something else that's clever or catches the eye. I am attaching a couple of movie posters from 'Neon Demon' and perhaps some others that inspire me, but it doesn't have to be along those lines and I certainly don't want to copy someone else's poster too much. Aside from the 'rave' atmosphere of the mentioned club, the rest of the film is more gritty and bleak, so that could be represented as well or instead. Think Requiem for a Dream, but more genre if that makes sense.
• It can also go in a completely different, or maybe more abstract direction. For example, since her name is Lily, there can be something with a Lily, perhaps in combination with a black pill or a black dripping substance like blood or...
