Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a round logo with a tropical, Hawaiian look to place on business cards, signs and web-based material. Our mainland home office has a compass circle enclosing our business letters: M & R for MORE Realty (as seen in below examples) but we want a tropical look for our new Hawaii branch. I would rather not have the logo modifying any letters in the name, as in make the O in MORE part of the logo. We also need it done so that it can go on a white background as well as a solid color background (green or blue). We like the beach and palm tree example included but it needs more colors and so it will look prominent embroidered on clothing. We want the company blue and green included in the logo but are open to additional colors/shades.
