Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a logo that easily goes on a shirt for embroidery (3 or 4 colors max), website and business cards. Something that stands out and looks professional, and our company name can be read easily. If we could somehow incorporate the picture I took of the American Flag and the rising sun (minus the car in the background) that would be amazing. If not, that is okay too. The Advantage Inspection logo is for reference only. My logo does not have to be circular, but I would like the letters 'Superior Contracting' stacked on top of the letters 'Home Repair'.
